the top one is probably an Armory poly set, the one with the sharp edges is a Gamescience poly set. I had to ink the bottom set myself as poly sets used to be sold un-inked. You could get them inked, but that was extra money.
Earlier poly sets didn’t come with a d10 or a d-percent.
